Working with scenarios – 5 cases

From time to time, most organizations face major changes due to their own decisions or because of external factors that have a strong impact on the organization. The stronger the impact and the faster the change – that is, the more turbulent context in which one operates – the greater the advantages of scenarios.

We have over the years been involved in a variety of future projects, many of them based on scenarios and scenario planning. We would like to give some examples from real life, as inspiration and strategic advantage.
