What's on 2018

In our previous What’s On trend report, we have spoken about the coming years being colored by a “perfect storm” (2016) and “culture clashes” (2017). That turbulence and cultural collisions have colored the world is almost an understatement, and during 2018 these changes will continue. What is also apparent is that the transformative shift the economy and our social institutions are undergoing are entering a new phase altogether. A brutal awakening, in field after field. This is why we have chosen to name 2018 as the year of the great awakening – or perhaps, the year of the alarm clock.
