Fredrik Torberger

Fredrik serves as a future strategist at Kairos Future, where he advises leaders across civil society and the public sector on long-term development and strategic transformation. His work focuses on the social contract: forces driving its transformation and the leadership to make it sustainable.

He is an experienced keynote speaker and facilitator of strategic processes, with a track record in project leadership and executive-level organizational development within the nonprofit sector.

Fredrik’s formal education includes the Danish Kaospilot program and a bachelor’s degree in cognitive neuroscience and positive psychology. With a foundation in coaching embedded in both programs, he provides leadership coaching to executives, leadership teams, and individuals.
