GENERAL INFORMATION AND SERVICE TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR COURSE REGISTRATION
Course registration is made via our website www.kairosfuture.com/academy, by e-mail: academy@kairosfuture.com or by phone +46 8 545 225 00.

REGISTRATION IS BINDING
Registration is binding. If you are unable to attend, the course place can be used by another person at the ordering company. This must be communicated to Kairos Academy in writing via e-mail: academy@kairosfuture.com.

REBOOKING
A fee of SEK 1,500 + VAT will be charged for rebooking. Rebooking to another course is  subject to availability*.  

PRICES AND INVOICING
Prices can be found under each course. All prices are exclusive of VAT and include documentation, required literature, lunch and coffee. The price for online courses includes any course material and documentation. Invoicing is done before the course starts with a 20-day payment period. For those who choose to pay with a paper invoice, a SEK 50 invoice fee will be added.

In the event of late payment, penalty interest of 8.5 percent will be charged and an invoice fee will be added. For written payment reminders, a fee is charged according to applicable law. The company is registered for F-tax.

RESERVATIONS
Kairos Future AB reserves the right to cancel or move the course in the event of too few registered participants or other circumstances beyond Kairos Future's control. Any changes to the course plan will be communicated to the participants no later than three weeks before the start of the course. In cases where Kairos Future AB exercises the right to cancel or move the course, Kairos Future AB cannot be held liable for payment including (but not limited to) tickets, accommodation or other transportation provided by the course participant.
