For decades most larger companies and organizations have been using employee surveys to track employee satisfaction and engagement. The logic is that satisfied
and engaged employees makes customers satisfied too, and consequently engagement is an indicator of organizational performance. But is employee satisfaction the best performance indicator in this world of relentless change? If not, how could we work differently to track and develop the core assets of organizations?
