When Kairos Future and Peab initiated a cooperation with future-driven business development Peab had a new corporate structure with an international ambition and a need for a more clear long term direction as well as a common business planning process.

Together with Peab we incorporated a new vision, corporate strategies and overall goals as well as a systematic way to work with business planning throughout the company. Among other things, this resulted in an enhanced international expansion with robust growth strategies, as well as new concepts that were successfully introduced to the market.
